Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study and intern abroad because I wanted to expand my global perspectives by meeting new people and experiencing what it would be like to live abroad. I chose Australia because it is part of the world that I've never explored before and because the country is a leader in global sustainable initiatives.

WhAT IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
I hope to explore Australia's coastline and beaches while I am in the country. I have always wanted to learn how to surf and am hoping the proximity and accessibility will push me to finally try to learn!

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
I'm excited to do my internship in a sustainable house in Sydney and take the accompanying internship course to help develop my networking and professional skills. I also am excited to take a course about art in Australia, which is typically outside of what I study but will give me a good insight into the culture and history.

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
I am so excited to meet new people and engage in city living. I am passionate about sustainability and love to hang out with my friends, try new food and coffee, hike, and explore new places.
